Apple has just offered a software update for the iPhone and the iPod Touch which is pretty wicked awesome.
Before, you used to only be able to use web applications, which were really cool but you had to be connected to the internet to use them. This update, well worth the $10, allows you to download applications straight to the device from an online store of thousands of apps, many of them free.
It’s pretty cool. Just thought I’d let you know.
